My Inspiration

I know that you've been hurt
but I want you to believe
I would never be the kind of girl
to just get up and leave.

The way you make me smile
and how you say my name
you're worth so much more
than just another game.

I dont need you to be more
than what you are today.
There isn't anything I'd change
I like you just this way

I'd never try to make you fell
like you needed to do more.
Be here for me, love yourself
that's all I'm asking for.

One day you will understand
not all girls are like ones you've known
I know you don't believe it now
but you'll see once it has shown.

I hope you see I dont just speak
to tell you untrue words.
When I tell you you're amazing
I mean what you've heard

You make me want to be my best
and give my all to live
you inspire me to show my love
and give all I have to give.

I am a 25 year old college student. I have been writing since i could rhyme. I have a strong passion for love and the words it creates. I have been in many failed relationships and simply take then as another experience that can be placed on paper. I hope that you enjoy reading my poetry as much as i enjoy writting it.
