Let’s go back home.

You know,

the one we have yet to find.

The one where we’ll sit on the front porch swing,

sipping sweet tea and talking

with each other.



Let’s go back home.

To where we’ll build a family,

where we’ll pick names for our beautiful children,

and where we’ll only argue

about wallpaper patterns.

Let’s go back home.

We’ll drive the country-side,

search up and down for the place to call our own,

and when we find it all,
let’s go back home.
