Kids

She said she wanted ten kids, fourteen if I was willing to start now.

I said no way. Two is the limit.

She told me to think of the tax credits.

I told her to think of the grocery bill.

She said it was our sacred duty.

I said that I was beholden to no one.

She told me to accept it or she would leave me.

I told her goodbye.
