The coquette of a burning glance back

Toward the dreaming silence of a heated intention

To betrothal, whispered in accord and oblique

Lines of shadow, the mystery of a silhouette together with the sustenance

Of a better shadow, shameless by the

Obliging love of a divine adage given substance

By lights in vaguely haunting afflictions

Of love.
